VML Drama

VML Drama is 'all age' friendly. We are welcoming and you can learn the artform as you go along. No experience is necessary, just a bit of ambition and a willingness to learn.

Children are invited into performances where the play calls for young people in the cast, by prior arrangement and by casting calls.

No one under the age of 18 pays to be involved in VML so if you have a child who would like to be involved in a future production please get in touch.

All adults are DBS checked and we have rigorous safeguarding policies in place and a dedicated safe guarding officer.

Musical  Theatre and Concerts

VML prides itself on the quality and affordability of its many musical performances over the past 17 years. We have done many showcases and also full runs of musicals such as Little Shop of Horrors and Our House, the Madness Musical. We strive to keep quality arts affordable and accessible. We are a community theatre group with a professional outlook, even though many of the cast have never performed before.

We also perform concerts and fundraising concerts for good causes and are  happy to collaborate with others in the community. We believe strongly that we can all learn from each other in community arts.
